The brief
As Zucas Coletivo is a feminist collective of immigrant women in Portugal. Its fairs give immigrant women a place to sell and be seen for their own handmade, manual work, jewellery, sustainable fashion, tattoo art and more, so the identity needed a mark and a poster system that could hold together across a genuinely mixed line-up of makers and partner events without flattening any one of them into generic branding.

The mark: a star-topped AZ monogram, short for "As Zucas," with COLETIVO running vertically alongside it.
One visual language for several partner events
Rather than designing a different look for every stall or partner, the identity leaned on one consistent poster template, the AS ZUCAS COLETIVO lockup, a bold single word treated as the headline, and a black-red-white palette, reused across everything from a jewellery pop-up to a vegan tattoo event to a sustainable-fashion talk. That consistency is what lets the collective announce a new event quickly without redesigning from scratch each time.

Six posters from the series, shown together: sustainable fashion, a podcast talk, jewellery, music, a vegan tattoo event, and a sushi partner.

The full run: each poster built for a different partner, same system underneath.
